Major News.

Right, this is going to be a long read. While I will provide a tl;dr version, I would ask you to at least skim-read the entry. Thank you.

As a rule, I generally expect the worst but hope for the best. Some of you might consider that pessimistic, I consider it just being realistic. Nevertheless, when the worst does happen - that stance doesn't really prepare you for the blow.

This event has lead to a huge amount of uncertainty in regards to my current situation. It's a shame, I just managed to have some nice breakthrough in regards to the game so that triumph has been deflated.

I write this all out, not so much as a woe-is-me sob story, but more as a means to provided context to you for the lack of multiple updates.

With respects to the game, I've had some major developments in a mechanical sense. The world of Servus Kingdom now has a real-time clock. This is good for two reasons.

Firstly, it means that I now have the means to tie certain events to those time queues. Events can happen during the morning, afternoon, evening, or night. A day is  7min longs.

Secondly, it means that when people use the energy draft - night doesn't suddenly turn into day.

I've added a new potion - a lust potion. This will increase your slave lusts, meaning that she'll be willing to perform certain tasks which would require a higher obedience.

However, lust is a double edged sword. If your slave's lust is too high - she'll have a sleepless night, which means she'll have little stamina the following day  - leaving you with fewer options.

I suppose you could just give her energy draft and all should be okay, right? Nope. For a while now, the slave had the chance of being addicted to certain potions. Well, that now has ramifications. If they addicted to energy drafts, then on the first day they overdose, you'll lose two days. After that, you'll have to give them the potion before you can perform any task that day.

The other thing I'm working on is cooking. You'll now have to purchase food and make meals. Cooking books will tell you what combinations works and what can yield the best results.

In terms of other things in the games, nothing has really changed. The weapons and all their upgrades are in the database as are the clothes and most of the items. I've done about 70% of the maps and have inputted most of the variables/switches for events. I've done about 10% of the events.

I'm getting there, it's just taking a while. Thank you for your support and patience. If you have any concerns or questions, you know where to find me.

Ta.

tl;dr

Had some major shit go down in my real life which has lead to a ton of uncertainty. Still working on the game, had some major breakthroughs. There is a now a real time timer in the game and I'm working on some brand new mechanics for the next update.

Progress is being made - albeit slowly.
